SILVER PLAN

Weekly Video Workouts With Daily Motivational Emails

My Silver Plan is perfect for self-starters with a solid fitness background that just want the workout with a little daily motivation.  The Silver Plan along with the other 2 plans starts with a foundation.  That foundation includes:

  • YOU + WEIGHTS - Every single workout you receive will be a highly-effective, results-oriented workout that can be done in the comfort of your own home with just you plus a pair of handheld weights.  Sure we may use a chair or a prop every once in a while, but the workouts are constructed with the bare minimum in mind.  Believe it or not, that's really all that it takes.
     

  • Weekly Workout Plans - Each week on Sunday, you will receive an email with a copy of the week's plan.  The workout plan will be in a PDF printable format and also include video links to the warm-ups, weekly workouts, and cool-down routine for the week.
     

  • Weekly Workout Videos - The workout videos provided will be of the exact plan you have for the week.  The videos include coaching points along the way to give you better instruction on proper form.
     

  • Flexible Schedules - Each weekly workout plan can be used for a schedule of 3,4,5, or 6 days per week.  You choose what you are comfortable with and what fits your schedule.  I do ask that you rest at least 1 day per week.  Rest is equally important as work.
     

  • Daily Motivation - You will receive an email every day to inspire you, motivate you, and keep you on track.  It's just a way for us to stay connected, and for you to know that I am rooting you on along the way.

GOLD PLAN

Silver Plan + Meal Plans, Email Support, Downloads, and GroupMe Chat Room

My Gold Plan includes everything in the Silver Plan, but it's for those that may need a little more guidance, want access to our time-tested, pre-calculated meal plans, and want a little more connection with our member's area.

The Gold Plan also includes:

  • Pre-Calculated Meal Plans - With over 100 quick-fix and easy-to-fix meals and snacks, our meal plans are easy to follow.  These are not gourmet recipes that take 2 hours to prepare.  They are every-day-life meals that fit your busy life.  Each meal is pre-calculated with calories, protein, fats, and carbs.  And it's more of a meal bank than a daily plan.  You can choose from any breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in the bank.
     

  • Weekly Recipes and Meals - In addition to the meal plans, you will receive weekly additions to the meal plan list with fresh, new easy-to-fix recipes and ideas.
     

  • Email Support 7 Days/Week - You may have some questions along the way, and I want to make sure I get you the best answers.  With my Gold Plan, you have access to email support 7 days/week.
     

  • E-books and Success Planner - The Gold Plan gives you access to multiple downloads to help you along the way including "Dieting's Top 10 Dos and Dont's", "7 Keys to Unlocking Stubborn Body Fat", and our "Ultimate Success Planner".

Gold Plan + Weekly, Live, Coaching Calls with Me and 2 E-book Downloads

My Platinum Plan has all the bells and whistles and is the right choice for those that want personal coaching.  You get all of the benefits of Gold Plan plus weekly, one-on-one coaching calls with me for 20-25 min each session.  The Platinum Plan includes:

  • Weekly Coaching Calls - My coaching calls are typically $100 each.  You get four, 20-25 minute calls each month you are enrolled (that's a $400 value).  In each call, we discuss your personal plan of action.  We talk about what's working, opportunities to move forward, and even assign "homework" to get you the very best personalized road map to success.
     

  • Flexible Coaching Schedule - I understand that you need the flexibility in your schedule to make our calls fit.  Coaching calls are available mornings, evenings, and afternoons.  Weekends are also available.
     
  • Easy, Online Scheduling - It's easy to set up your personal coaching sessions each week with our online bookings app.  Simply access the "tele-coaching" section from our Members' Area to book an available time that meets your scheduling needs.
